Before starting AGC, I worked as a project manager for a carpentry company for 12 years, where I oversaw multimillion-pound contracts, including a £1.6 million development completed in three phases of new builds. That experience taught me how to manage every stage efficiently, from planning and coordination to ensuring top-quality workmanship on site.
