I build new homes across Kent, taking a plot from groundworks through to the day you get the keys. With 30 years in carpentry and building, and 12 years spent project managing multimillion pound contracts before that, I know what it takes to keep a build of this size organised and moving.

That experience includes a £1.6 million project delivered across three phases of new builds, so the planning, sequencing and coordination side of a job is as familiar to me as the work on site.

Every stage is managed personally, from the frame and the roof structure through first fix and second fix to the final finish, so the standard stays the same all the way through.

We will begin with an initial discussion about your plans and vision for the new build. I will then visit the site to assess the space, discuss layout options, and outline the best approach to achieve your goals.

Planning and design
I will help develop your ideas into a clear and practical design, offering straightforward advice on materials, finishes, and timelines to ensure everything fits your budget and expectations.

Construction
All work is completed to a high standard with care and attention to detail. Drawing on my 12 years of project management experience, I keep every stage sequenced properly so one trade never holds up the next.

Finishing touches
Before handover I check every detail, to a standard I would be happy to have in my own home.
