My work does not end at handover. If something needs adjusting after a job is finished, a door that has dropped, a joint that has opened as new timber settles, or a question about how something works, you ring the same number and speak to the same person who did the work.

Before I call a job done I go through the finished work with you, and I stay in touch afterwards, so anything that needs attention is put right rather than left.

This sits on top of your rights in law, not instead of them. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, building work has to be carried out with reasonable care and skill, and aftercare is about making that easy for you rather than something you have to chase.

After the project is finished, I review all aspects of the work with you to make sure everything is completed to a high standard and functions as it should.
